Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Innovation technical team to define development and validation targets and report results to stakeholders.
  • •Own solution deployment outcomes by co-working with technical engineers and engaging stakeholders across the deployment cycle.
  • •Provide technical support to global sites by assessing capability sufficiency and risks, and driving best-practice sharing.
  • •Manage end-to-end project plans (quality, timeline, cost) and monitor new technology projects with global functions.
  • •Engage engineers for startup preparation, training (onsite/online), Site Acceptance Test, go-live, ramp-up, and maintain compliance with health/safety/security policies.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •BS in business or supply chain management related (or equivalent training).
  • •8 years of relevant experience in people management, project management, and customer program management, including manufacturing experience (RFID; Embelex preferable).
  • •Proven success leading and managing global projects across manufacturing sites.
  • •Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with initiative and drive.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle interdependencies, learn quickly, and travel internationally when required.
