Job Summary

Lead and oversee electrical and instrumentation & control (I&C) activities for pipeline, power plant, and substation projects, ensuring installations meet industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Perform inspections, testing, and audits; collaborate with project managers to develop plans and schedules; monitor milestones and budget; and provide technical guidance on I&C systems, cyber security, telecom, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee I&C activities and interfacing from inception to completion.
•Ensure compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements to assure quality and safety.
•Collaborate with project managers, site staff, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules.
•Prepare project progress reports, documentation, and as-built drawings for client review and approval.
•Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of electrical and I&C installations to verify conformance with drawings and standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical and I&C inspection, preferably within pipeline, oil & gas, or related industries.
•Proven experience with pipeline project standards and practices for Closed/Open Cycle Gas Turbine Projects and substations.
•In-depth knowledge of electrical and I&C systems, including control systems, instrumentation, and electrical equipment.
•Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and relevant regulatory requirements.
•Strong ability to conduct inspections, tests, audits, and provide technical guidance to project teams.
