Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the company’s biggest program implementation to-date by building and maintaining the master implementation plan through go-live in 2027.
  • •Drive cross-functional teams to meet implementation milestones, serving as the primary point of accountability across functions.
  • •Identify and clear blockers to implementation timelines, escalating to leadership when needed.
  • •Set and run the program’s operating rhythm (stand-ups, cross-team syncs, weekly reports to senior leaders).
  • •Act as the primary operational point of contact for the customer implementation team and create a repeatable playbook from learnings.
  • •Travel to customer meetings as needed to represent Verse in person at key moments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years running multi-function programs to a fixed launch date, ideally from a consulting or healthcare implementation function.
  • •Track record project managing large, cross-functional teams internally and with external customers, with ability to “manage up.”
  • •Experience building processes from scratch and improving/scaling/handing them off.
  • •Ability to quickly ramp on complex financial and regulatory healthcare domains and build fluency in the product and customer value proposition.
  • •Strong organizational and quantitative analytical skills, with attention to detail and experience building/maintaining data dashboards (a plus).
