Relationship Banker/Senior Relationship Banker – West Broward (DeNovo)

Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while building and expanding new and existing customer relationships. Use consultative conversations to recommend financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines, referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Support retail community bank leadership routines, develop sales and product knowledge through training, advise on consumer lending options, and follow internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures, including cross-training for teller duties as needed.
