Warehouse Manager

Lead day-to-day warehouse/store operations and take overall responsibility for team, culture, and results. Motivate and develop employees through coaching, follow-ups, and performance conversations, while ensuring high operational standards, strong customer order quality, and compliance with routines, processes, and health & safety. Track and act on KPIs by analyzing results, improving productivity, quality, and profitability, and supporting continuous improvement through your people.
