•Research, develop, and iterate on LLM/ML evaluation and simulation systems to improve member understanding.
•Drive a personal roadmap to decide where to focus rapid iteration versus deeper development.
•Create insights that help shape future member-facing investments by influencing the Product team.
•Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Scientists, and Engineers across projects to maximize member understanding.
•Stay current on LLM research and identify best practices and methodologies to apply across systems.

Salary: USD 466,000 - 750,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong foundation in deep learning and LLMs, with hands-on experience improving large generative models and evaluating them.
•Experience building scalable ML models, especially for natural language processing and machine learning, translating results into business impact.
•Advanced degree (PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field focused on machine learning, AI, or computer vision, or equivalent industry experience.
•Strong software engineering skills in Python and proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
•Ability to pivot between research goals and implementing end-to-end solutions; excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
