Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned to business and enterprise objectives, including demand forecasts and supplier/contract landscapes.
  • •Set and deliver annual category value targets (cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements) and report realized savings and performance.
  • •Participate in complex cross-functional sourcing initiatives (RFIs, RFPs, and supplier negotiations) and support fact-based negotiation strategies with financial and market insights.
  • •Manage strategic supplier relationships via structured governance, including KPI definition/monitoring and proactive mitigation of supplier performance and resiliency risks.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of sourcing professionals, providing day-to-day guidance on complex sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement.
