Key Responsibilities

  • •Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • •Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, workflows, and data models to guide solution design and delivery.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development/Engineering, QA, and Operations.
  • •Leverage experience with SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, or others) to support business process enhancements.
  • •Apply expertise in advanced Planning Analytics tools to support forecasting, planning, and performance management initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field.
  • •5-7 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst or similar role (or more senior BA experience).
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP FICO (preferably in multiple modules).
  • •Strong Finance background (month-end close, P&L, cash flow, accounting fundamentals).
  • •Experience with enterprise planning and forecasting platforms, including SAP APO, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning), and/or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) preferred.
