Lead field sales supervision for Bisleri bottled water across D2C, B2B and retail in the UAE; drive sales targets, market coverage, and merchandising execution while leading sales teams. Build and maintain relationships with households, offices, construction sites, and stores; monitor operations and deliveries; coordinate with logistics and ensure compliance with trade, health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B, and retail segments.
•Monitor day-to-day operations, deliveries, and product placement across residential, HORECA, and retail locations.
•Build and maintain client relationships with households, offices, construction sites, and retail stores.
•Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and share competitor insights with Sales Managers.
•Ensure on-shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution in retail outlets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in bottled water or FMCG sales within the UAE market.
•Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and deliver results across multiple locations.
•In-depth knowledge of consumer and retail landscape, especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
•Proficient in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
