Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive support for the CEO and CBO by owning calendars, coordinating external scheduling, and managing travel end-to-end.
  • •Coordinate board, investor, and leadership logistics, including scheduling, materials assembly, and follow-through.
  • •Run day-to-day office operations in San Francisco, including vendor relationships, facilities issues, mail/shipping, and IT/workstation setup.
  • •Own recruiting coordination end-to-end: schedule interviews and full-day onsites, manage panels and reschedules, and maintain candidate communication and records in the ATS.
  • •Support people operations and business operations by maintaining onboarding playbooks, headcount reporting, event logistics, and ad hoc process/tool work.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in executive support, office management, operations, or a comparable role, including 2+ years directly supporting C-level executives or founders.
  • •Experience owning complex calendars, travel, and external scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholder types (investors, partners, candidates).
  • •Experience coordinating recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, panel management, and candidate communication at a hiring company.
  • •Track record running an office or facilities function, including vendor management, budgets, inventory, and IT/equipment coordination.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication with proven discretion handling confidential compensation, personnel, and business information.
