Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls to mitigate key risks, including leading global projects to review policies and processes.
  • •Provide control guidance during business process changes and support company-wide initiatives and risk management activities.
  • •Develop, implement, and monitor business data for timely risk identification and continuous risk monitoring using data analytics.
  • •Foster relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure risks are addressed and the control environment is improved.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and all three lines of defense for data-driven risk advisory, fraud prevention root-cause analysis, and risk-aware continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Commerce, or related field).
  • •5+ years of internal control, risk management, and user growth experience, with more than 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • •Proficiency applying AI/ML techniques to identify control gaps and business demands.
  • •Professional proficiency in Mandarin due to system, documents, and communication with the China team.
  • •Project management skills to plan, execute, document, and remediate Risk Control initiatives.
