Frontend and backend collaboration is not required here; this role focuses on owning and scaling production-grade backend systems for Gradient Labs’ AI-powered customer operations platform. You’ll make architectural decisions, ensure observability and reliability, and ship frequently in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment with a hybrid London-based team.
