Product Design Manager - Dashboard

Lead design efforts for Plaid’s Dashboard team, managing a multidisciplinary group of product designers and a researcher across multiple product areas. Partner with product and engineering to shape direction, coach individual contributors, and drive high-quality UX execution. Own near-term delivery while helping define the long-term vision for how Dashboard evolves, elevating the customer and data-partner experience through planning-to-launch collaboration.
