Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive support and direct communication to numerous client account holders, understanding needs and challenges.
  • •Coordinate vehicle sales/run processes, including run order, scheduling, notice to customers, repairs, charge posting, reporting, and invoicing.
  • •Develop relationships with clients and explain auction processes, vehicle availability, and preparation/delivery workflows.
  • •Verify inventory meets required specifications by examining vehicles and identifying missing vehicles; coordinate imaging and announcements.
  • •Collaborate on collections and audit readiness by posting accurate charges with Accounts Receivable, processing invoices, and ensuring documentation for client audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license required; ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
