  • •Build and lead a strong operations team with a leadership pipeline across fulfillment functions.
  • •Coach and develop talent within fulfillment, quality, warehouse, and shipping to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
  • •Act as liaison between site operations and HQ to identify key site priorities and drive alignment.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery while upholding brand and KPI standards.
  • •Foster a positive, collaborative culture; communicate company goals and provide timely feedback to direct/indirect reports.

Salary: USD 198,000 - 205,000 annually
