Lead the Newark, NJ fulfillment center operations for a high-volume pick, pack and ship operation. Build and develop a leadership pipeline, drive daily logistics, safety, quality, cost and delivery metrics, and align the site roadmap with HQ. Foster a positive culture for 700+ employees, mentor leaders, and deliver continuous improvement in a fast-growing, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead a strong operations team with a leadership pipeline across fulfillment functions.
•Coach and develop talent within fulfillment, quality, warehouse, and shipping to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
•Act as liaison between site operations and HQ to identify key site priorities and drive alignment.
•Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery while upholding brand and KPI standards.
•Foster a positive, collaborative culture; communicate company goals and provide timely feedback to direct/indirect reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 198,000 - 205,000 annually

•Communicate goals and priorities effectively, including leading monthly all-hands meetings and building a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
