Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in commercial environments. Coordinate on-site installation and repair work with customers and team leadership, diagnosing issues using HVAC theory, pipe fitting knowledge, and blueprints/specifications. Enforce safety standards, maintain accountability of company assets, and be available for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

•Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability by recording asset use, wear, and conditions.

•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•EPA Universal Certification (required).
•Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends, with occasional overnight stays.
