Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day operations per SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Oversee inbound operations and manage end-to-end production including inventory management and order completion and delivery timeliness/quality.
  • •Plan and coordinate shift activities within the fulfillment center to ensure DC procedure adherence for outbound-related activities.
  • •Ensure training, skill development, and assessment for shift personnel; recommend and implement efficiency/effectiveness improvements.
  • •Monitor production and personnel statistics, reinforce policy/procedure compliance, and participate in recruiting, performance reviews, corrective actions, and improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, operations, or a related field, or alternatively 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to manage, coach, and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • •Professional verbal and written communication skills; strong process improvement skills. Knowledge of WMS desired; bilingual English/Spanish desired.
