Job Summary

Lead the evolution of Tenable’s multilingual delivery infrastructure by shifting from automated localization to AI/LLM-led workflows. Provide architectural direction and hands-on execution across multilingual content engineering, system integration, and workflow automation. Extend an AI-led pipeline model from product UI to other content types like documentation and marketing, define standards and governance, and enhance operations with AI-powered reporting while partnering with distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the shift from automated localization to AI/LLM-led workflows enabling accelerated, simultaneous multi-language releases for product UI.
•Extend the AI-led pipeline model across the content stack (e.g., online documentation and marketing) with partner engineers.
•Define technical best practices, system hygiene norms, and engineering documentation to support the organization through the transition.
•Complement existing reporting with AI-powered reporting to build intelligence into operations.
•Own hands-on delivery of key initiatives while orchestrating contracted and distributed engineering partners effectively.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (ideally Claude/Anthropic) and agentic steps into engineering workflows to build production-grade AI pipelines.
•Ability to design event-driven, API-first translation infrastructure that routes content from repos/CMS/databases into translation engines triggered by code/content/release events.
•Strong i18n/l10n engineering experience, including string externalization, localization file formats, and encoding conventions across content types.
•Solid understanding of TMS principles, including translation memory and machine translation, plus next-generation integration frameworks.
•Strong scripting ability (JavaScript, Python, Regex) and good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps frameworks and principles.
