Key Responsibilities

•Develop all aspects of HVAC system design for government and commercial buildings.
•Use commercially available engineering software used in HVAC systems design.
•Coordinate HVAC systems with other disciplines.
•Perform site/field visits to ascertain existing conditions including equipment condition evaluations.
•Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and assist with construction administration tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience in HVAC design for buildings
•Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
•U.S. citizenship is required due to government clients
•Experience with building HVAC systems design (chilled water, hot water, condenser water, steam, air-side systems)
•Experience with Autodesk Revit and energy modeling tools (IES Virtual Environment)
