Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure product is batter and breaded according to specifications and that lines are not creating breading voids.
  • •Assemble barrels, batter applicators, XL breaders, and transfer belts; set equipment and line speeds using tachometer and XL setting guides.
  • •Verify all ingredients against specifications before loading the machine and perform pick-up checks per McDonald’s specifications.
  • •Monitor product quality continuously; when issues are detected, notify the lead/supervisor/GPM and help resolve equipment jams or locks in a timely manner.
  • •Service equipment during line breaks and prepare for shutdown/cleaning at the end of shift, including draining equipment and covering electrical panels to prevent water damage.
