Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop maintenance and facilities development policies and procedures for organizational buildings and affiliated ambulance facility sites.
  • •Study, plan, and design preventive, emergency, and development construction and maintenance projects and provide related advisory input.
  • •Prepare and manage annual budgets for projects, maintenance, renewal, and infrastructure development.
  • •Manage tendering and contractor evaluation, and oversee all stages of maintenance and development projects to ensure compliance with contract timelines and technical standards.
  • •Monitor mechanical/electrical/water and wastewater systems performance, approve preventive maintenance execution plans/reports, and oversee energy-efficiency and environmentally sustainable facilities initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 30,001 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree with 9 years of experience in civil engineering or facilities maintenance/management (or equivalent).
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of experience in civil engineering or facilities maintenance/management (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to plan, design, and provide related consulting for preventive, emergency, and development projects for facilities.
  • •Experience preparing annual project and facilities budgets, including maintenance and infrastructure development costs.
  • •Competence in monitoring mechanical/electrical systems, water and wastewater performance, and executing/approving preventive maintenance plans and reports.
