Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and implement project HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
  • •Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement, and visible leadership.
  • •Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
  • •Monitor contractor HSE performance and ensure timely resolution of corrective actions.
  • •Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of HSE experience within large-scale construction projects.

  • •Strong knowledge of Alberta health and safety regulations.
  • •Experience managing contractor safety programs and conducting incident investigations.
