Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Digital Delivery and BIM strategy across the Urban Core portfolio throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Establish and govern BIM requirements across mixed-use developments and multiple asset classes.
  • •Ensure consultants, contractors, and delivery partners comply with BIM standards, information management protocols, and digital delivery objectives.
  • •Drive information management, governance and assurance, and CDE processes for project delivery and asset readiness.
  • •Support asset information and handover and contribute to digital engineering innovation and construction/delivery support.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, Design Technology, or Information Management.
  • •Proven experience delivering BIM on large-scale mixed-use, masterplanned, or urban development projects.
  • •Client-side experience strongly preferred, with experience across concept, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and digital delivery across multiple asset classes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, BIM Management, Digital Engineering, or related discipline; professional certifications highly desirable.
