Support the NA Legal team for a newly consolidated global B2B platform by coordinating cross-functional needs, managing legal intake (mailbox and service-of-process), and organizing onboarding/offboarding logistics. Handle day-to-day operational follow-up, reporting materials for recurring business reviews, and dispute administration support. Own and evolve the legal team’s technology stack and knowledge base, maintaining repositories, templates, and process guides while proposing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a liaison between the NA legal team and internal stakeholders across NA business units and cross-functional partners.
•Coordinate legal mailbox operations and service-of-process intake by triaging and routing matters to the right people.
•Provide administrative and operational support to manage priorities, track open items, and ensure follow-up on key actions.
•Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews, executive reports, and other recurring reporting needs.
•Learn and administer the legal team’s technology stack and maintain shared knowledge resources, templates, and process guides; support adoption of new tools.

Key Requirements

•Post-secondary education in a relevant field (business administration, legal studies, communications, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
•2+ years of professional experience in operations, coordination, executive assistance, legal assistance, or similar roles.
•Exceptional organizational skills to track open items and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong attention to detail for managing information, documentation, and communications accurately and consistently.
•Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English, with comfort working across time zones and a globally distributed team.
