Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop expertise in Natera’s oncology portfolio, clinical data, reimbursement landscape, competitive positioning, and internal processes.
  • •Identify and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, academic medical centers, hospital systems, and community oncology practices to drive adoption.
  • •Engage Head & Neck oncologists and other healthcare professionals through consultative clinical discussions to support adoption of Natera diagnostics.
  • •Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • •Achieve sales objectives, maintain accurate territory activity and forecasts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •5+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably in head & neck oncology, medical oncology, surgical oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
  • •Knowledge of the academic and community oncology landscape, including molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and reimbursement.
  • •Experience calling on radiation oncologists, ENT/otolaryngology physicians, head & neck surgeons, or medical oncologists (preferred).
  • •Ability to travel overnight as needed and strong written and verbal communication skills.
