Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop BIM implementation strategy and support complex international projects.
  • •Establish and administer the CDE to enable efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
  • •Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership, including maintaining industry framework documents (BEP, MIDP, LOIN matrices, appendices).
  • •Set up data-integrated workflows and provide support, guidance, and training to project teams.
  • •Oversee digital technology and content management, manage digital quality assurance procedures, perform model checks against KPIs, and produce compliance/performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of BIM and digital delivery experience, including prior formal multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator roles on buildings projects.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 and related BIM standards.
  • •Experience delivering BIM data from buildings design using Revit and/or Civil 3D.
  • •Experience administering a Common Data Environment (such as Forma) for multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Advanced experience with multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, issue management, and tools such as Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, and Forma Model Coordination.
