Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and ship Innovaccer’s most complex platform components, including backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • •Build AI/ML-powered product features end to end by integrating models and designing systems and data flows for reliable production performance.
  • •Own technical architecture for major systems, making hands-on decisions for scalability, performance, security, and cost.
  • •Lead engineering best practices across the full SDLC, raising the technical bar through code quality, testing, security, observability, and operational excellence.
  • •Provide hands-on technical mentorship to senior and staff engineers via design reviews, pairing, and code review while partnering with product and clinical stakeholders to deliver well-scoped designs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •7+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping large-scale production systems.
  • •Hands-on coding expertise in modern languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • •Strong software design experience across distributed systems, backend services, APIs, and data-intensive architectures.
