Key Responsibilities

•Manage the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Cyber Risk claims
•Handle First notification of loss for Cyber, D&O, PI and Crime claims
•Negotiate and liaise with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers, etc)
•Conduct data analysis to establish claims history and identify trends across client portfolios
•Coordinate discussions and meetings to ensure clear communication between client, underwriter and representatives and engage with Head of Financial lines Advocacy to conclude contentious claims

Key Requirements

•Experience handling claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution for cyber/tech claims
•Knowledge of complex cyber claims and ability to coordinate with networks, clients, underwriters and experts
•Experience with CLASS and ECF processing systems (preferable)
•Proficient in Word and Excel
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders
