Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Cyber Risk claims
  • •Handle First notification of loss for Cyber, D&O, PI and Crime claims
  • •Negotiate and liaise with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers, etc)
  • •Conduct data analysis to establish claims history and identify trends across client portfolios
  • •Coordinate discussions and meetings to ensure clear communication between client, underwriter and representatives and engage with Head of Financial lines Advocacy to conclude contentious claims

Key Requirements

  • •Experience handling claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution for cyber/tech claims
  • •Knowledge of complex cyber claims and ability to coordinate with networks, clients, underwriters and experts
  • •Experience with CLASS and ECF processing systems (preferable)
  • •Proficient in Word and Excel
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders
