Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and strong stockroom standards to support safe, efficient operations.
  • •Move dynamically across the sales floor, use metrics to support business-driving strategies, and resolve client needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and work around the store constantly.
