Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement core GenAI system components, including LLM agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering frameworks, and model fine-tuning workflows.
  • •Lead end-to-end development of GenAI solutions from concept through production, prototyping and operationalizing embeddings, vector stores, and RAG pipelines in Python.
  • •Drive cross-team alignment and influence architectural decisions to ensure GenAI initiatives meet enterprise strategy and business needs.
  • •Provide senior technical leadership and mentorship, including code reviews, pair programming support, architectural guidance, and leading micro-teams or pods.
  • •Establish engineering excellence: coding standards, rigorous testing, secure CI/CD practices, responsible AI governance, and participation in Agile/Scrum execution using tools like Jira and Jenkins.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree; alternatively 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •7+ years of software development with substantial hands-on AI/ML or GenAI experience, including 2–3 years building applications with LLMs or related technologies.
  • •Prior technical lead or senior engineer experience with a demonstrated ability to guide teams through complex, ambiguous projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD in AI/ML or related area is a plus.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Python for AI/ML development and experience building LLM/GenAI systems using frameworks such as LangChain (and related libraries/APIs).
