Job Summary

Lead the strategy and deployment of agentic, AI-enabled workflows across Advisory Services and Advisory Services Finance, partnering with AI and FP&A leaders to shape roadmaps and measure impact on KPIs. Reimagine finance planning and reporting cycles through automation and AI assistants, integrating AI tools with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle/Hyperion, ERP, project tools). Drive adoption, change management, and ROI analysis using Python, SQL, and AI stacks.

Key Responsibilities

•Own strategic support for Advisory Services AI initiatives and lead evaluation of AI investment business cases.
•Define and implement scalable AI-enabled use cases and agentic workflows for month-end/quarter-end close and business planning.
•Drive workflow re-engineering and automation using Python/RPA pipelines to streamline data aggregation, reporting, and analysis across regions.
•Lead change management and user adoption, including training programs, how-to guides, and FAQs for agentic tools.
•Conduct ROI and financial data analysis and collaborate with FP&A, Finance Transformation, and Tech to integrate AI-first solutions with enterprise platforms.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (or 3+ years with a PhD).
•Strong knowledge of AI solutions and automation suites, with experience in business processes and financial systems.
•Demonstrated experience implementing analytics or automation projects and driving change from concept through execution.
•Proficiency with visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
•Hands-on experience with AI stacks (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Microsoft) and with Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.
