Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hardware validation activities for factory services projects and customer solutions, including validating configurations and conducting system-level testing.
  • •Assemble and configure systems per BOM requirements and engineering specifications; build validation units for investigations, pilot testing, and NPI activities.
  • •Coordinate hardware procurement using approved procurement systems and manage lab inventory and hardware assets.
  • •Investigate hardware failures and validation issues, reproduce reported issues, and collaborate to implement corrective actions.
  • •Maintain engineering lab infrastructure and equipment, ensure ESD/safety/security/asset protection compliance, and keep lab documentation and operating procedures up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • •Hands-on experience with PC hardware assembly and repair.
  • •Experience with BIOS and firmware configuration and hardware troubleshooting.
  • •Experience installing and validating operating systems and performing system diagnostics and hardware compatibility testing.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
