Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day construction management using PMO standards and methodologies.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules; oversee all phases of execution aligned to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • •Identify and manage change events using best-practice change management processes.
  • •Enforce safety protocols and site standards; ensure quality control through documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • •Support financial and contract management, including cost forecasting, vendor performance, invoices, and expenditures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of estimating engineering principles and construction methodologies, plus experience with change management and documentation.
  • •Proficiency with construction accounting, cost forecasting, and budgeting; experience using MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Textura (or similar platforms).
