Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage relevant business unit subject matter experts to explore client opportunities and maintain assigned relationships by cross-selling and identifying client needs.
  • •Execute and submit account servicing activities including wires/fund transfers, opening/closing accounts, account record maintenance, document imaging, and client issue research.
  • •Proactively communicate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain information needed to properly execute requested activities.
  • •Handle paying/receiving activities, cash transactions, and daily balancing while following WM Lobby Banking Operations policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain knowledge of client/account servicing applications, stay current on products/services, and mentor and train other personal bankers as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of banking operations, products and services (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines (usually acquired through related work experience or formal training).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to research and resolve requests and manage competing priorities.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
