Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic communications to support the Group’s commercial objectives in the region.
  • •Develop an integrated internal and external communications strategy and implement communications plans to increase brand awareness through appropriate channels.
  • •Manage regional content and storytelling in line with Group directives, ensuring consistency by collating and analysing communications.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key media to grow positive PR, monitor company-related media stories, and play down negative PR.
  • •Oversee local events and the annual communications budget (maximizing ROI), and develop internal communication strategy with HR.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree from a university or business school and 15 years of communications experience in a multinational company, with proven management experience.
  • •Ability to lead communications strategies in complex organisations, including prior experience in public affairs (appreciated).
  • •Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written); French knowledge is a plus.
  • •Project management capabilities are a plus.
  • •Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and regional digital/social media trend awareness; presentation and interpersonal skills are expected.
