Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety as the top value by enforcing EHS policies and procedures, ensuring required safety training participation, and leading or participating in incident investigations and corrective action plans.
  • •Provide overall shift leadership to meet and exceed facility goals for safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory control.
  • •Initiate, implement, and support operational improvements to improve engagement, quality, minimize scrap, and increase productivity.
  • •Ensure execution of standard operating procedures, standard work, quality standards, cycle counts, and safety/housekeeping audits, while performing technical problem-solving and troubleshooting for equipment and product performance.
  • •Oversee daily team activities including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, and feedback, and facilitate Lean Sigma continuous improvement activities and Kaizen events.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and at least 3 years of leadership, process improvement, and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, support, delegate, and develop a diverse team to achieve operational results.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing operations systems, best practices, continuous improvement (ELS) principles, and lean sigma tools.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve operational issues and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • •Strong time management, project management, organizational, and professional communication skills (written, verbal, active listening), with a commitment to company values.
