Job Summary

Originate and service secured commercial loans focused on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE), while managing an existing portfolio and generating new production opportunities. Build relationships with new and existing customers, cross-sell bank products to grow fee income, monitor portfolio compliance and delinquency, and support loan structuring and training for junior lending staff. Interview applicants, make lending decisions within approved limits, and coordinate documentation to the loan file.

Key Requirements

•Credit analysis and business development/lending experience with 3+ years of commercial lending experience.
•Formal credit training preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred (or equivalent years of working experience).
•Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
•Proficiency with personal computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office.
