Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve FEA setups (COMSOL, HFSS) for BAW resonator simulations and optimization.
  • •Improve RF filter performance of bulk acoustic wave resonators.
  • •Develop and improve thin film BAW resonator process for better performance, accuracy, high yield, and short cycle time.
  • •Support BAW filter design with dimensions and process integration, including resonator equivalent circuit models.
  • •Plan experiments with multiple parameters and perform scientific/statistical analysis of RF test results to support reliability and yield improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience with semiconductor devices, RF, antenna, or communication systems (internship and extracurricular experience applicable).
  • •Advanced degree in an engineering or STEM discipline (preferred).
  • •10+ years of experience with BAW/MEMS technology (preferred).
  • •Strong background in RF BAW resonator physics and technology development (preferred).
