Job Summary

Keep Bird’s electric scooter fleet moving by driving, deploying, retrieving, and relocating scooters using mobile app routes. Conduct basic diagnostics and quality checks, support warehouse and fleet staging operations, and communicate with teammates to meet daily goals. Work selected shifts (4 days/week) and participate in product testing and new feature rollouts, helping ensure rides are safe, smooth, and on time.

•Safely drive and load/unload scooters, following mobile app routes to deploy or retrieve them.
•Relocate scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas efficiently.
•Perform basic diagnostics and quality checks on scooters and e-bikes.

•Communicate with teammates and use internal tools to meet daily goals, including participating in product testing and feature rollouts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 21+ years old.
•Valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience.
•Comfortably use smartphone apps while driving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work with a team using strong communication skills.
•Proficiency in English; bilingual is a plus.
