Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide world-class customer experience for Lucid clients, internal and external.
  • •Support vehicle drives such as dropping off/picking up customer vehicles and loaners, running to the Bodyshop, and test charging at Electrify America stations.
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves per request.
  • •Assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle hand-over, including check-in process when needed.
  • •Assist technicians with basic repairs and perform shop support tasks such as moving/staging vehicles, delivering parts, and washing vehicles.
