Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide prompt, quality beverage service to guests while maintaining high consistency and quality.
  • •Provide banquet bar service, including mixing/preparing beverages and serving guests to RHG Managed Hotels standards.
  • •Suggest beverage options (cocktails/wine or non-alcoholic) and up-sell premium products as appropriate.
  • •Maintain adequate beverage and glassware levels, keep the banquet bar cart clean, and display beverages attractively.
  • •Adhere to legal and hotel policies, handle cash/checks/credit cards per Radisson policies, and record accurate consumption after each function.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to obtain and hold a valid Bartender’s License.
  • •Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • •One (1) year previous bartending experience in an upscale environment preferred.
  • •Thorough understanding of safe and perceptive service.
  • •Excellent customer service, verbal communication, basic math, cash handling, and ability to work with Point of Sale systems.
