Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Identify opportunities and cocreate a regional portfolio strategy, ensuring regional country needs are met.
•Identify top products through data analysis, defining the regional launch portfolio.
•Lead commercial negotiations focusing on price, delivery terms, payment conditions and minimum order quantities.
•Monitor new product development, approve manufacturers, and assess samples/tests to meet quality, cost, and timelines.
•Define and execute sell-out strategies (campaigns, promotions, ads) and present initiatives to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Higher education completed in Administration, Foreign Trade, Engineering or related fields.
•Experience in international sourcing, private label, product development or portfolio management, preferably in e-commerce, retail or wholesale.
•Experience in commercial roles with a track record of negotiations and supplier management.
•Experience planning and analyzing large volumes of data, generating reports on key business metrics.
•Experience with importation and foreign trade processes is a plus; advanced Excel and data analysis tools; advanced English and Spanish.
