Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop long-term partner relationships to drive sustainable growth for affiliate partners.
•Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing day-to-day communication and coordinating internally (including meeting participation and Slack support).
•Deliver against KPIs, growth targets, and key strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable partner execution.
•Monitor and analyze market conditions (competitor and technological landscape) and turn strategic objectives into operational plans at scale.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in account management and project management.
•Experience managing complex sales cycles end-to-end, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
•Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
•Native-level Mandarin plus strong English communication and presentation skills.
•Strong organizational skills, analytical/problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
