Key Responsibilities

  • •Shadow the Certified Energy Specialist (CES).
  • •Learn how to increase sales/profitability through sales, marketing, and consulting processes for CENEX products and cooperative services.
  • •Train on building and maintaining positive customer/potential-customer relationships.
  • •Attend sales calls and in-person commercial business meetings alongside the CES.
  • •Spend time with the energy service team and participate in ride-alongs to understand how energy operations and service coordination work, including with the Energy Manager.
