Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly and quarterly financial close activities for assigned functional areas.
  • •Prepare and consolidate forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning assumptions.
  • •Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • •Analyze departmental spending and deliver actionable insights to business partners, including COGS and gross margin reporting.
  • •Develop automated reporting solutions and improve processes for reporting accuracy and efficiency, and prepare executive management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated, progressive FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets and financial reporting systems.
  • •Ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus.
