Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and improve the software development lifecycle from planning through release
  • •Partner closely with Product leadership to translate roadmap priorities into clear engineering execution plans
  • •Drive sprint planning, prioritization, delivery management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple engineering teams
  • •Help scale engineering operations, delivery systems, QA processes, and development best practices
  • •Mentor engineering leaders and help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of experience in software development with leadership experience within SaaS environments
