Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex, end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on key jurisdictions and HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations, and separations/settlements.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliance during offboarding activities and audits.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents, and process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform with strict privacy and confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues to arrive at practical solutions and resources for teams and clients.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
