Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure 100% compliance with all US import rules and regulations and Entrust’s global locations.
  • •Partner with Entrust import customs brokers to ensure timely, accurate and compliant import clearance.
  • •Research products for proper classifying and duty determination, assess ADD/CVD, audit country of origin, valuation, and recordkeeping.
  • •Complete technology, hardware, and software trade classification, including HTS.
  • •Audit import transactions, communicate findings, and build corrective action plans.
