Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • •Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates and use company performance tools to evaluate, provide feedback, and support recruitment and development
