Job Summary

Lead daily plant operations as the senior on-site leader, driving production scheduling, delivery performance, and customer service. Build a collaborative environment across operations, sales, engineering, accounting, and transportation while promoting a safety-first culture and environmental compliance. Partner with engineering to ensure drawings and designs are used in manufacturing, supervise and coach plant staff, and maintain continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, cost, and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure employees and guests comply with safety and environmental practices; build a safety-first culture.
•Lead production scheduling to meet customer needs and support timely delivery.

•Partner with engineering to ensure proper drawings and designs are used during manufacturing.
•Hire, supervise, orient, train, and retain operations/product staff while maintaining a clean, tour-ready workplace.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•6+ years of experience in a leadership role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
•Experience with precast/concrete or building materials (plus).
•Proven continuous-improvement mindset in a plant environment.
•Ability to work on your feet in a production/plant setting and use computers as necessary (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AX).
